Your Rights under the GDPR

Type and Scope of Data Collected

When you send us inquiries via our contact form, we store all data resulting from this (name, email address, subject of the inquiry, country or region, position in the company, and voluntary information about your private address). We need this data to process your inquiry and to be able to answer follow-up questions.

Purpose and Legal Basis

When processing your personal data via our contact form, we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to ensure the fulfillment of the contract in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR to fulfill the legal obligation to respond to your inquiry in a lawful and efficient manner.

Storage Period

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

Automated Decision-Making
